Changes in Travel Plans: We realize that in some instances, your travel plans may change and your flight reservation may no longer be required. If this occurs, please call in an cancel your charter for someone else may be waiting to make an important trip. Company policy requires cancellations less than 24 hours notice will be charged at 25 % on Private charters.
We advise our passengers travelling on one of the company’s schedule flights to allow themselves a minimum of 1.5 hours before departures. Your reservation will be cancel 30min before the flight departs.
Overnight charges are $300 per night for pilot domestically
Overnight charges are $500 per night for pilot internationally
Hourly wait charged for passengers pick up is $150 per hour on inter island Private charters flight only ***
Standard landing fees are incorporated in the hourly rate
Non-standard airport security fees will be charged as an additional expense at cost on some international flights
All blocked rates would be based on scheduled availability
Inclement weather and aircraft maintenance would occur from time to time and due to these unfortunate occurrences the company intends to work closely with its clients in this regard.
